Cancellations
We accept cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled outing date. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within this period. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and verify it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any non-refundable fees, as specified at the time of booking.
Exchanges
If you would like to modify your booking for a different outing or date, please contact our customer support team at least 7 days before the original outing date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable. These include:
- Last-minute bookings (within 3 days of the outing)
- Personalized or custom-made tours
- Any perishable items or services included in tours (e.g., meals, entry tickets)
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of unexpected events beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions or safety concerns), we reserve the right to cancel or modify an outing. In such cases, we will offer you the option of rebooking for a later date or receiving a full refund.
Low-Cost Guarantee
As part of our commitment to affordability, if you find a lower price for the same outing within 24 hours of booking with us, we’ll match that price or refund the difference.
